Delete your Tripumentary account

Delete in the app

• Sign in to the Tripumentary account you want to delete.
• Open the Privacy and Data Control section in your account.
• Choose Delete Account and Data, review the warning, and confirm the destructive action.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@tripumentary.app from the account email address. Explain that you need account deletion and cannot use the in-app control. We will verify ownership before acting.

What happens immediately

• You are signed out and the account can no longer access Tripumentary.
• Trips are hidden, public share links are revoked, push tokens are disabled, and queued media work is stopped.
• Profile fields are cleared and one deletion job is queued.

What is deleted

Private original and derived media, previews, full episodes, trips, share links, eligible analytics, and the application account are scheduled for permanent deletion. The process is designed to complete within 30 days and retries safely if a provider is temporarily unavailable.

What may remain

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and legally required security, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction records may remain under their policies and applicable law. Account deletion does not itself cancel a store subscription or create a refund. Manage those through the store account used for purchase.

Before deleting

Save any completed episodes you want to keep. Account deletion cannot be undone after the private media and account records are removed.
